We run the day-to-day operations instead of your team: deploys, backup checks, dependency updates, incident response. Up to 10 change requests a month; larger work is quoted separately. Everything stays documented, so this is a choice you can reverse — take operations back in-house whenever you're ready.

The fine print, in plain language

  • Prices are monthly, in Singapore dollars. Billed monthly, cancel anytime — discounts for commitments of 6 months or more.
  • Managed Cloud runs in your own cloud account: infrastructure costs go to you directly from the provider, and our fee covers the management. No hidden pass-through.
  • AI model usage on the Gateway is billed at the provider's published price — typically USD, converted at our card rate — with no markup.
  • Support is during business hours (SGT / KST). We'll walk you through our incident process before you sign, not after something breaks.
  • Each plan lists its included limits above. Beyond them, we quote before doing anything — you'll never discover extra work on an invoice.
  • Prices are reviewed quarterly.
